How do astronauts sleep without a bed?

Astronauts sleep in bags attached to walls so they do not drift away. In orbit, there is no need for a mattress to hold body weight. A sleeping bag, straps, or small crew cabin keeps the astronaut from floating into equipment. Darkness and routine help too.
