What can dinosaur footprints tell us?

They can reveal movement and behaviour that skeletons cannot. Trackways show where dinosaurs walked, how quickly they moved and sometimes whether several animals travelled together. Footprints can even preserve changes in direction or differences between adults and younger animals.
