To be clear, though, IntoWhy is a website, not a lock on the device: like any site, a child could leave it and open something else. If you'd like to keep the screen fully inside IntoWhy, your device's own controls -- Guided Access on iPad/iPhone, Screen Pinning on Android -- do that in a couple of taps. There is no timed free trial. You can explore our Free Wonders without an account or payment, then sign up if your family wants the full library.

Open Parent Hub, choose Manage subscription, and cancel in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Full access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Cancelling stops future billing but does not normally refund payments already made or unused time in the current period. This change-of-mind policy does not limit any refund or remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law. See our Terms for the full wording.

Lemon Squeezy will normally retry a failed card payment four times over about two weeks and email you after each failure. Access remains active while the subscription is past due. If every retry fails, access may be suspended until the payment is recovered or a new subscription is started.

Open Parent Hub and choose Manage subscription. The Lemon Squeezy customer portal lets you view renewal details, cancel, and update payment or billing information securely. IntoWhy never receives or stores your full card details.

IntoWhy works in any modern web browser, including Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. It is designed to feel best on a laptop, desktop, or tablet where a grown-up and child can explore together.

No. IntoWhy runs in your web browser, so there is no app to install and no download to manage.

No. One parent-managed email-and-password account gives the family access. There are no child accounts or profiles, and we do not use children's activity for advertising or behavioural tracking.
